These terms of use ("Terms") set out the rules for using the ScanCraft mobile application and the scancraft.xyz website. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

ScanCraft is a software service that lets you perform 3D scans with your mobile devices, edit models and export them.

2. Account and Security

• If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity conducted through it.
• You must not share your password with third parties.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service in ways that are unlawful, that infringe the rights of others, that collect personal data without permission, or that violate third-party intellectual property. It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary permissions for the objects and spaces you scan.

4. Intellectual Property

The ScanCraft software and brand belong to us. The 3D scans you create belong to you; you are responsible for any content arising from them.

5. Free and Pro Versions

Core features are provided free of charge. The Pro version is purchased through the app store and is subject to that store's terms. Subscriptions are managed from your store settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". No guarantee is given that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is not accepted for damages including indirect damages.

7. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms, and may change or discontinue the Service. We may suspend your account in case of a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
